Services
Epoxy Floor Systems for Heavy Use

We install epoxy systems tailored to traffic levels and use conditions, including forklift traffic, equipment, and frequent cleaning. Systems are designed to stand up to abrasion, impact, and chemicals.

Warehouses, Shops & Production Areas

Our epoxy floors are ideal for warehouses, automotive shops, production areas, and industrial spaces that require a clean, bright, and durable surface.

Slip Resistance & Safety Markings

We can incorporate slip-resistant textures and integral striping or safety markings to help define walkways, equipment zones, and high-hazard areas.

Surface Preparation & Installation

Proper surface preparation is critical for epoxy flooring. We clean, grind, or blast the slab as needed to achieve strong adhesion before installing primers, body coats, and topcoats.

Our 4-Step Installation Process

1

Surface Profile

Diamond-grinding and/or steel shot-blasting removes contaminants and creates the ideal anchor profile for long-term adhesion.

2

Moisture Vapor Mitigation

We test concrete RH; if elevated, we apply a specialized MVB primer that locks out water vapor and prevents delamination.

3

Multi-Layer Build

High-build epoxy primer, pigmented basecoat, and UV-stable polyurethane or polyaspartic topcoat for unbeatable gloss and durability.

4

Optional Enhancements

Decorative flake, metallic pigments, safety striping, non-skid aggregates, and antimicrobial sealers available to meet your exact industrial or commercial standards.
